Vegas is always a great trip. It’s awesome with the guys and with your lady. But the trips are very different depending on who you’re with.

When you’re with the guys there’s so much to do it’s almost dizzying. You can hang with the crew all night at the blackjack tables. You can get serious with a poker tournament. During football season or March Madness you can spend most of the weekend in the sportsbook. And of course you have the incredible nightlife, where you can chase girl (or have them cater to you) and every kind of night spot you can imagine. It’s even easier now that casinos have nightclubs right there. You can go straight from gambling to partying without leaving your hotel.

With your lady it’s a completely different trip. Of course you can still gamble and hit the nightlife, but now you have to make sure she’s happy as well. Make sure you pick out some great shows to see while you’re there. The “Love” show at the Mirage featuring the music of The Beatles is incredible. She’ll also like the dance clubs as well. But if you also want to enjoy some serious gambling, you’ll have to find other things for her to do to kill time. Shopping is always a great option, though that’s dangerous as well if she has your credit card. Another great option is finding games she likes to play, whether it’s the slot machines or cash bingo games. The key is to spend quality time with her and help her find stuff she likes such as bingo and other games, so you’re never in a situation where she feels like she’s just there to make your trip fun.
